In the early days of the body-smart industry, many man-made products emerged in two polarities: either as an industrial overload, lacking fine-grained smooth operation; or as a home-made demonstration, difficult to meet the long-term stability of mass production in factories.

Shanghai Tech, relying on a fully self-designed high-precision joint control module and two-arm synchronous controller, has created a matrix of "the same underlying power control technology, compatible with industrial product lines + household services" for human power control arm products that can be installed, grinded, trimmed and installed in factory workshops, and can be used in households to complete household chores, organize objects, and perform precise operations, implementing a set of power control technologies across two scenarios.

Differentiated separation control, out-of-the-box six-dimensional coupling scheme, twin-arms synchronous controller customized to double-arms power control depth, is the computational and control core of the entire system, high stability of the industrial scene, high security of the home scene, all supported by this underlying architecture.

1. Native all-area joint power control closure rings: not end-to-end power sensor, each joint has built-in torque sensing, millisecond power rate mix adjustment. Industrial shock resistance, adaptive workpiece gap; easy to touch in the home environment, easy to grab fragile objects without crushing, safety of human interaction.

2. Multi-second synchronous collaboration of the two arms: supporting hand-holding, hand-operated simulation of human hands. In factories, synchronous assembly, two-sided grinding; in households, hand-assembly of receivers and receivers.

3. Full model compatibility, a set of controllers suitable for the entire range: both 10kg/20kg/50kg gradient arms. Industrial heavy-duty models seek long-term stable output; domestic light-duty models focus on smooth interaction, modulation interface uniformity, significantly reducing secondary development thresholds.

4. Dual mode safety system: supports long-term continuous operation, production line safety logic in industrial mode; family mode enables flexibility limitation, collision buffer, encounters with human touch and immediate unloading power, ensuring human habitat and environmental safety.

Full-dimensional human-powered product matrix, across two major industrial and home scenarios

Co-operative two-armed mission series, covering factory overload and home complex

✅ 10kg doll with two arms

Small and medium-sized synchronous meters. Industrial end: complex components hand-assembled, non-shaped parts held in place, synchronous graphite, medium-sized material transfer; home end: synchronous receiver, large clothing assembly, box transport, complete hand-operation that could not be done with one arm.

✅ 20 kg dolls with two arms

General medium-sized aircraft. Industrial end: material transport, container interchange, spare parts, heavy component assembly; household/commercial: large storage container transport, household luggage transfer, load and safety smoothness.

✅ 50 kg of man-made artifacts working together

Re-loading of the flagship aircraft. Industrial end: large-scale material transfers, complete container codes, storage logistics; maintaining bio-energy control while maintaining high load capacity, avoiding rigid impact collisions with the workpiece; moving towards a future large residential/storage complex scenario, ensuring the stacking of large-scale material transport.

Detailed location of the two main scenes

• Industrial scene: Flexibility in manufacturing, solving the pain points of line automation

- Flexible precision assembly: card clamps, gap counterparts, parts outputs, flexible locks, adaptive workpiece spacing, to prevent squeezing of thin walls;

- Perpetual grinding of the bristles: constant force polishing of irregular curved surfaces, ensuring the consistency of the surface of the bulk workpiece;

- Arms collaboration: one hand fixing workpieces, one hand grinding, assembling, grafting;

- Logistics and coding: material transfer, casing, stacking of finished goods, replacing man-made repetitive heavy processing.

• Family scenes: General housekeeping assistant, flexible safety, adapted living environment

Depending on the native joint force control, the grip strength can be precisely regulated and safety is a priority.

- housekeeping: collecting garbage, laying clothes, arranging tables;

- Operating items: removing kitchen appliances, irrigating plants, moving storage containers;

- Assisted care: delivery of goods, simple housekeeping assistance, automatic contact flexible buffers, ensuring the safety of interaction in the home.

From flexible assembly, grinding, sewing in factory workshops, to household cleaning, transportation of objects in domestic spaces, human-powered control arms to simulate human hand-to-hand collaboration, opening up industrial production and household general operations, driving physical intelligence from laboratory demonstrations to the real world physical landscape.
