It's the first time in the history of the world.

Dr. North, the great philosopher who opened the world to AI, has just come back to kill!

Two weeks after the official launch of the AI interactive entertainment platform Elseland, Elser launched its own unlimited canvas product line ElserStudio.

At first glance, there seems to be little difference between the 3.9 folded Seedance and mature canvas products on the market.

In the words of "Four Words" and "Never Give Up".

I've been working on this project for over a decade, and I'm working on it.I want to be a game player.

Once upon a time, Dr. North Dakota, with 17 Agents, blew up 300,000 lines of code in 49 days, and wrote an "AI Open World" Elseland story that shocked everyone.

At Elseland, everyone can play openly with your Agents: social, browsing, interactive novels, script murders, card games...

Now, farming companies are one step closer to becoming the game world's red fruit.

In the age of big models, there may not be an AI that doesn't want to be a "clip" that doesn't want to be a "sound".

In the era of the mobile internet, not only did Samsung take away the largest dividend from video distribution terminals, but it also consumed most of the toolchain, snippets, FaceU, light colors...

All creations ultimately go to the user. With the creator's ultimate gains and data, the platform is easy to set up.

In the era of the big model, entrepreneurs in every direction of content may have faced the following dilemma:

First tools, first platforms, or first content?

To be a tool, you have to prove you can get to the platform... or you can't escape the fate of being eaten?

There is no quality content, consumers get a fresh taste of it; there are no consumers, quality creators and content who don't want to post for love.

That means that in a startup team, you have to have two sets of product R&D and operational configurations almost at the same time...

But if there is a choice, why not?

With tools that bring creators together to deliver stable, efficient, cost-effective output; with platforms that keep creator content in their ecosystems, isn't there a better business landscape?

The infinite canvas is "Never Added".

"Never add money" means never add a penny to a tool.

Model manufacturers give them one piece, they give users one piece. Model manufacturers give users one piece, they give users one piece. Whether users pay them 20 or 20,000 pieces, the price does not change and is completely transparent.

It's never a middleman's discount.

They have opened up config permissions for users to fully configure and use their own API KEY without paying them a penny.

In other words, the tools are actually free, but the calculators are paid to model manufacturers.

It seems that this is not uncommon. After all, many canvases are subsidized at a loss.

The explanation for this is that the logic of subsidies is to seize the market by subsidizing, while forcing opponents to consume war, burn opponents, and in the future raise prices to return the money.

But the free logic isn't -- long-term free, which means, 1) my cost structure supports long-term free -- 2) I have a different business model that allows me to get returns outside of tool fees.

For example, for a long time, screening for the ecological value of screening was far greater than its revenue return. Theoretically, screening could go forever free.

ElserStudio is a desktop end product of the Codex class, where users download the software locally.

We don't have a lot of money, we can't subsidise computing. But we can control server spending through localization. Its development team is only five people, and there is no excessive human cost. So we can keep the tools free.

More importantly, we already have our own content platforms and content transformation pathways. In the future, the studio will not only create, but also provide content ordering and distribution channels to creators.

Tools are meant for us to help creators create more stable, lower thresholds, create truly high-quality content in the AI age, and together we make it happen.

We make money from content, not from tools. This is a benefit that models cannot take away.

Oh... that's right, because content and data are localized, creators don't have to worry about their privacy and results being leaked, moved, sold.

In the future, users will be able to configure a number of local graphics and video models so that synthesizers can be further downsized, even truly free.

The homepage is a very short-style interface between the project and the asset world. The asset world exists so that assets can be reused across projects.

After each project has imported a script, a dragon can complete the scripts' demolition, asset generation, video generation, and quick clipping functions until the completion of an episode of a comedy or film.

Over time, however, more sophisticated script editing, asset refinement, and other features have been added. ElserStudio seems to be continuing Elser.AI's longstanding product concept of "newbies are simple, high-end controllable".

ElserStudio has also opened up MCPs with mainstream Agent tools such as Codex, Claude Code, WorkBuddy and others, which can be used by users to schedule tools through regular Agent.

How to use ElserStudio

Why not give up the tools?

The head of ElserStudio, Ju Ju Ju, said: "I stick to being a tool because I see two changes happening at the same time".

On the one hand, the development of video and the model of the world has made characters, scenes, props, sounds and footage as adjustable assets that remain consistent and vibrant.

On the other hand, General Agent's ability to explode began to help creators share the work of editing, scheduling, and drawing, allowing characters to follow the creator's intentions in the scene.

This is exactly what ElserStudio is doing, and I position myself against ElserStudio.

We built a good stage for the new Miyazaki in the AI era, to summon characters, to prepare assets, to prepare Agent Assistants, to facilitate them, to communicate with them, to coordinate with them, while creators are responsible for thinking, speaking and seeing.

The stronger the model, the stronger the Agent, the higher the ceiling of the arena.

This is why we introduced the concept of "World" at the center of the product.

Each world is an IP universe, style is maintained, assets are maintained. Different stories extend from the world, different agents operate around the world, different types of animation, interactive video games, games, take place from the world.

Next, our product architecture will bring more of us and our creators into the movie theater, with Skill and Agent immersed in content production, from novel writing to game production, to share more experiences on the screen.

LibTV and Tapnow are powerful products.

We believe that the way the industry works and the division of labor is still untyped, there are still many different ways of exploring and different value logics.

It's one of the differentiating abilities we've been exploring, based on the novel and continuous narrative that helps creators optimize their expressions from the beginning of the story.

I don't give up tools because I believe there will be more directors and studios in the future when they come to Elser Studios and find that it has become a real dream factory, a movie theater, a script, an actor, a caring assistant, all kinds of project opportunities... all he has to do is make his dreams come true and stick with it".

In May 2026, the company shifted 85 percent of its team to AI game development, leaving only five people behind to continue working as tools.

At the time, Liu Jian thought that the company would abandon the tool business and leave itself only to the end.

But a few days later, a rough demo was thrown by the farmer, who said: "Look, we're going to restart the development of infinite canvases".

Five people, two months to re-kill the video agent market, which is probably the CEO's madness.

But Zhu Zhu and the group of classmates decided to quit.

Because Mom and her classmates also believe that the possibilities of AI video tools are not endless. AI comics are just a starting point. The future, animation, games... more fine content requires the addition of tools.

Well, with the knowledge the team has accumulated over the course of a year with the tools in the field of rooting video, with the addition of Agent, the canvas has completed version 1.0 on time. It has long since moved away from the rough demo to become a full-fledged partner that continues to deliver quality work.

During the internal testing, the Elser team and the collaborative content team have used it to produce some high-quality works.

Of course, there is still a long way to go from the complete blueprint of Liu's plans, but it is only a matter of time before they are realized.

The achievement of this has also allowed cultivation to further confirm that, unlike the Adobe era, human resources and engineering have long been a barrier to AI tools.

Love and awareness of the industry itself is a key driving force for the future of tools. There is much more to be done in the future in terms of script writing, director timing, lens quality, lens language, cost optimization, local model configuration, and so on.

As one of the first entrepreneurs to enter the world of comics, he said he didn't want to give up on what he loved. But in March, Seedacnce raised $20 million and he couldn't do it.

When asked, despite "never adding", the canvas market already has so many products; in front of the funding and user base of Elser's team, ElserStudio intends to outperform.

He said he had no intention of getting involved in a war of canvases, was determined not to subsidize, not to burn money to promote, and left the team to devote all its energy to the continuing iteration of the product.

One of the creators used ElserStudio to make a big splash, and one of the headlining video agents' promotional classmates came up immediately, hoping that the creator would put the work on the Agent label and give it a big score.

Perhaps now, ElserStudio isn't as full of functionality as the title video Agent. But Mr. Peel believes that in today's AI coding boom, functionality is not difficult, and it's hard to stick to one thing and not give up.

They will pay attention to the public and social media comments, welcome comments from all users, whatever the scolding. They will listen to advice and change immediately.

"I only hope that if the subsidy ends and people are looking for her a thousand times, we are still waiting for the users at the lighthouse, still, never to be added.

Why the Red Fruit of Gaming?

In the last three years of its existence, AI has frankly trampled many pits.

However, the entrepreneurial aspirations of AI interactive platforms have not changed.

AI is bringing down the cost of making premium games by one percent and generating innovative forms such as real-time interaction, AI opening up the world, while in the short video era, people's attention mechanisms have long been modified to pursue fragmentation, quick feedback, and a constantly anticipated experience mechanism.

But an outbreak of AI interactive content may still be on the way.

Because, unlike the sound of the Internet era. Short videos are a channel revolution, while entertainment startups in the AI era must make an industrial revolution.

Focusing on the short history, we have only seen the victory of Weibo. The advantage of the channel revolution is that it doesn't take much effort on the industrial side to make good links and distribution first.

But if you look at the broader history, from Disney to Nintendo and then to Roblox, nothing is rooted in the industry, making good product lines, tools, and content innovations while gradually taking over its own channels and expanding creators.

This is one of the differences between Elseland's position as "the red apple of the game" and AI sound.

Red Fruit's outbreak was unlike that of the sound. It depended on the maturity of the domestic short film industry, an industry chain made up of producers, producers, filmmakers, scripting companies, actors, dealers, post-production etc. There were hardly any amateur creators.

AI shorts are simply rewriting the industry structure, replacing actors, scenes, etc. with models and agents, but there are still industries like production, production, and scripting.

After the noise, it wasn't as loud as the soundtrack, which really made amateur circles and moves happen on a large scale. Short plays have entered professional competition, entering the screenplay, narrative and audiovisual language at the same level.

AI can accelerate production, reducing the development time of a blown-up short film and game from months, years, to weeks/months; but it can't quickly add more aesthetic, story-writing, and fine AI game practitioners to the industry.

The difficulty of filming a real-life scene and making a star-crossed valley is not a measurement.

When Byte sought to quickly replicate the logic of Red Fruit overseas, it also encountered a bottleneck at the end of the industry. The overseas short film industry is far behind domestically, with quality content focused on a few teams that have already completed the localized layout of Dramabox, Reelshort, Dramawave...

In comparison to the kings of the mobile Internet era, AI-era entrepreneurs have absolutely no user and data advantages at the end of the consumer. Applied entrepreneurs, and large model companies, have a numerical disadvantage in terms of funding and computing.

What can be done is to get into the industry first. With a more up-to-date and professional understanding of the industry, a more painful grip on the industry chain, to attract and help the creators of the new era.

It is necessary to understand the content and make good content themselves, to understand the industry in depth, and it is easier to complete the first cold launch of the platform. So, from comics to games, they have to come out on their own to make great content.

It is necessary to incorporate the experience of content into the tools and services of the industry and build its own industrial ecosystem.

It is necessary to have a new content platform to create a faster link between industry and consumers.

This path is difficult and correct. Once done, it has its own IP, creator and user barriers that form a constantly profitable user and data flywheel.

Therefore, tools are still important. Such as professional AI game tools, which can load a large number of high-quality game modules that can be quickly referenced, allowing players to build more complex games at a lower cost, such as puzzle blocks.

From ElserStudio to the local game development tool Elseland Playground, they want to stick to the service industry, to serve creators, to stick to tools for free.

The first half of the 26th century may have been a difficult one for the vast majority of AI applications.

And finally, we asked Mr. Peabody, who has worked with the team for the better part of this year in the headwind, on so much, from opening up the world to interacting platforms to infinite canvases, what did he have to say?

He thought to himself: "So far, when the wind is against us, our results seem to be much more than the wind. When failure is like the sword of Damocles hanging on top of your head, you will understand more deeply the three questions of the soul: Who are we, where are we, where are we going?"

It's just that the road is still long and you fall and you get up and dust up, and there's a lot of new things to do tomorrow.
