For a humanoid robot, what really determines whether it can get into the real world, complete a general task, is not only how fast it runs, how high it jumps, but also how well it interacts with the world.

Recently, the Y-Hand M2 has received widespread attention in the industry. It is an industrial product of Ray International's pioneering simulation robotics theory and technology. It is currently the world's largest free-standing simulation device. Recently, its internal precision simulation structure was unveiled to the public for the first time at the results exhibition at the University of Jilin.

The simulation pulsed-body robotics technology system was created by Prof. Ren Le on the basis of more than two decades of in-depth research into the functional principles of the human neural musculoskeletal system and ongoing innovative engineering practices in the field of simulation robots.

A simulated pulsed-body robot is an integrated drive, transmission, perception, computation, and control system composed of pulsed and pulsed tissues with spatially topological structures that disrupts traditional rigid chain design, reproduces the 3D6 frequency natural movement of biological joints, greatly improves joint flexibility and flexibility; reintroduces the biomechanical properties of human skeletal muscles based on self-developed electromagnetic-driven artificial muscles technology, achieving high power density drive, velocity, and transmission integration; simulates multi-layered integration design of the human neural muscular skeletal system based on simulated pulsed-motion, achieving system-level power transmission, energy management, and environmental interaction.

Based on this technology, the Y-Hand M2 has 38 degrees of freedom and is currently the world's highest degree of freedom.

This is the first full-featured in-house simulation design of the Y-Hand M2, showing the core composition of the product, covering mechanical structure, drive transmission systems, perception and control systems.

Among them, the mechanical system consists of a symmetrical skeleton with a soft bone, three-dimensional joint curvature and supermaterial woven ribbon system, which combines rigidly to achieve super-high degrees of human flexibility, smoothness and natural movement; the drive system uses autonomously developed YQ Motors series motors and YQ Muscles artificial muscle modules to achieve a high-quality power density ratio of human skeletal muscle drive; the transmission system uses the symmetrical and topological design of the muscle-to-muscle network system to support cross-joint dynamic transmission with multi-muscle synchronous movement, to achieve the sensory transmission and energy management of the integrated hand system; the sensory system uses multi-source encoded computer sensors to obtain sensory and sensory information, and human sensory control systems to simulate the interaction of neuron-to-muscle networks and neuron-to-muscle networks; the interaction of the human body with the natural environment to achieve a high degree of flexibility and flexibility.

After numerous test runs, the Y-Hand M2 surpassed the traditional rigid hand in its five core capabilities of strength, speed, accuracy, flexibility and flexibility, successfully breaking the technological bottleneck of robotic agility that has existed for a long time, solving the industry problem of rigidity and speed that can't be matched with rigidity, rigidity and high accuracy.

When the Y-Hand M2 is installed on the humanoid robot platform, it is possible to successfully complete all types of objects of different shapes, such as counter-shapes, spheres, irregular irregularities, and the adaptation of different material objects such as thin, brittle and soft shapes.

At present, the Y-Hand M2 has come out of the laboratory and has achieved mass production to become a bio-sophisticated product for stable delivery and mass applications, offering new bio-technology solutions for smart manufacturing, aerospace, patrol operations, healthcare, household care, and providing original theoretical and technological support for countries to seize the global pinnacle of the body-smart robot industry.
