After more than 60 percent of the world's top 500 buy-back rates, new products are on the rise.

VEGA 7 is designed to provide a reliable braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braided braide

图片VEGA 7This is a lesson for people who are physically intelligent and reliable.

What Vietnamese is going to do is to give the AI's pumpkin brain a reliable pumpkin body, which builds on the self-developed DobotWAM-sized model of a single pumpkin brain, a pumpkin brain with a high-precision full-body force control system, a multi-body pumpkin technology architecture that works in collaboration with mechanical arms and a multi-form core to pumpkin body. Vega 7 is the landing product of this architecture at the execution end.

Reliability directly affects the continuity of the task, as well as the cost of maintenance and development efficiency, for tasks that require repetitive operation and interaction. The reliability design experience gained from decades of collaborative robotics research and development has been incorporated into the body arm, which is defined not as a sensor fitted to a traditional collaborative arm, but as a body arm from the beginning of its design.

In the end, the competition for physical intelligence is not about whose arms are more flexible, but about whose arms are more stable in real life situations. The VEGA 77-axis structure provides spatial adaptability, sensory support for smooth control after contact, and provides a hardware base for precise extraction, arm synchronization and machine data collection, allowing the physical arm to perform both precise operations and to cope with continuous use.

PULSAThe fastest industrial collaboration robot in the industry

If VEGA 7 answers the question of how reliably hardware intelligence is grounded, then PULSA answers another long-term industry-haunting question: Can collaborative robots achieve industrial efficiency while maintaining usability?

In high frequency workstations such as dumps, sorting, assembly, and so on, each move accumulates in a repetitive cycle. Customers want to achieve industrial-grade mobility efficiency while maintaining the ease of use of collaborative robots and the ability to collaborate with humans. But in the past, there seems to have always been a wall between the two that needed speed at the expense of safety; to collaborate with safety, speed had to come down.

PULSA's solution to the problem is a dual-stroke ram. The product offers both 7kg and 12kg load configurations, and in terms of speed, the maximum joint rotation speed of the J6 of the PULSA 7 reaches 790°/s, and the PULSA 12 reaches 735°/s, which refreshes the global industrial collaboration robot speed record, about 4.4 times the speed of the same load-level international collaboration robot brand.

PULSA has done several things outside of acceleration: strengthened focus load capability to adapt to long gear and workpieces that are focused away from the end center; IP67 body protection and ISO Class 5 clean grade widened the range of environmental adaptation; J1 accesses, J4 extracts the pathway to reduce external binding lines, and pipeline interference in the movement is easier to manage. At the safety level, PULSA supports different operating modes for unmanned high-speed operation and manned machine collaboration configurations, with functional safety levels reaching ISO 13849-1 PLd Cat.3, combining safety equipment and overall risk assessment to determine the application method, so that the performance and safety requirements of the station are coordinated in specific workplaces.

PULSA's high-speed performance was made intuitive by a unique golf ball demonstration in Vietnam. PULSA's high-speed shot, which transformed the rapid movement of the joints into impactful on-the-ground demonstration. From the swing on the stand to the production line, PULSA provides support for high-frequency operation efficiency by providing adequate sporting performance.

To some extent, PULSA's significance lies not in the highs and lows of individual parameters, but in the fact that it breaks the cognitive positioning inherently slow of co-working robots. For a long time, co-working robots have been positioned in the industrial scene in a lightweight co-working space with difficulty in reaching the core workplace that requires stringent speeds. PULSA has integrated industrial performance into co-working robots, providing strong support in areas such as 3C electronics, automotive parts, metal processing, logistics codes, and more.

CRHThe National Collaboration of Robots offers high-end entry tickets

In high-end manufacturing, stringent production lines such as welding, spraying, battery transportation have long been the home of international robotics brands. The thresholds to enter these jobs are not only speed and precision, but also process consistency, safety and long-term operational stability.

When welding, the robot must move steadily forward along the bolt, and the fluctuations in gesture and speed directly affect the shape quality. When spraying, the spray gap, angle and speed of the gun must be coordinated to form a uniform coating when the robot faces the curved operation. When moving the power, the robot is required to hold tightly, but also to hold lightly, to avoid squeezing and collisions, and to test the integration and abnormal handling capabilities of complex equipment.

These requirements for robots have gone beyond the level of hydrogen that can't make hydrogen, into deep water areas where hydrogen can't do well, stabilize, and make long-lasting hydrogen.

CRH was born in the face of a rigorous production line. Its J6 junction speed is 450°/s, its TCP instantaneous speed is 7m/s, and it is fully loaded with down-motion torque controls within 0.3mm. This set of data is prominent in the field of collaborative robotics, but it is worth paying attention to its design at the system level.

CRH integrated joint torque sensor, achieving 1N level sensing and 10ms response time, significantly improved impact sensitivity, safety boundary from impact to impact to impact to impact to impact to impact, drag smoothness improved by more than 50% compared to current rings. More than 30 configurable safety features, complying with the latest ISO 10218-1:2025 standards.

The HyperMove algorithm optimizes acceleration and trajectory smoothness, reduces vibration and mechanical shocks, and allows high-speed capability to serve a stable process execution.

The C1 interface provides 120W continuous power supply, while the C2 interface provides 1000M Ethernet support for high-resolution 3D cameras and AI vision.

In addition, tool-to-interference detection helps identify potential collision hazards, trajectory recovery functionality automatically continues without the need for artificial replacement after abnormalities are excluded, external axle expansion support and guidance and variation machine collaboration operations. These functions together cover the entire chain from integrated modeling to continuous production.

At the trade fair site, CRH presented these capabilities intuitively through a do-it-yourself demonstration. From taking cups, pouring liquids to shaking, turning, multiple fast welding movements, continuous rolling and gesture switching flows are completed. The integrated inner line connects cables such as power supplies, IO and networks to the body, reducing the twisting and interference of exposed cables, making complex movements less cumbersome.

A decade of accumulated debris has brought intelligence into action

Behind the three new products, a question is worth asking: Why is Vietnam able to launch these three new products at this point in time?

图片

There is a body of data that is worthy of attention that Vietnamese products have become the common choice of more than 100 of the world's top 500 companies, with a global customer buyback rate of more than 60%. The purchasing decisions of the top 500 companies mean that Vietnamese robots go through rigorous supply chain audits and practical verification, while the buyback rate of more than 60% means that products are continuously tested and earn the continued trust of customers in the real production line.

Today, Vietnam has built a multi-form product matrix consisting of a collaborative mechanical arm, two-legged human figure, wheeled human figure, multi-legged machine dog, based on six core technology clusters to build a three-tiered, full-featured self-development architecture. This full-featured capability enables Vietnam to quickly migrate the reliability design experience accumulated in a product line to new products.

Over the past decade, the share of domestic industrial robots in the Chinese market has gone from less than three percent to more than half. But the share growth is just an accumulation of quantities that really determines whether the next decade will create irreplaceable value in high-end jobs, core processes and long-term operations.

At the same time, at the conference, VietJing particularly emphasized a concept: "Together is the future of Chinese robots". VietJing provides intrinsic capabilities, end-to-end partners expand operational capabilities, industry partners bring process experience and real needs. This ecological thinking reflects the profound changes China's robotics industry is experiencing, shifting from isolated product competition to value creation in industrial chain collaboration.

When Vietnamese built a new quality benchmark for intelligent and industrial collaborative robots based on reliability, it wasn't just an upgrading of an enterprise's product line, but a redefinition of what is truly a good robotic hub for the entire industry. Vietnamese people have taken a critical step on this not-so-hot but-important track in reliability.
