1Microscopy:
From a bargain to a bargain

Shenzhen Intelligent Sensors introduced small six-dimensional sensors with diameters of 6.5mm and 9.5mm, the former dedicated to fingerprint design, which have been used in high-end projects, and were awarded a scientific and technological major specialism in the Shenzhen market in 2025. Shenzhen Technology HRS Human Serial Six-Dimensional Sensors for wrist and ankle scenes, compressing thickness to a minimum of 10mm, while maintaining high overload capacity.

Microscopy has become an entry point, and the real divide is that it reduces volume without sacrificing performance.

2MEMS and new processes:
Breaking the bottleneck of mass production

Traditional resistance strain sensors rely on hydraulic adhesive, drift problems, low production efficiency, and difficulty in meeting the demands of scale.

Zinc Intelligent Sensors introduced six-dimensional sensors based on microwave process MEMS technology, with a waterproof design that effectively avoids drift, can cope with shock overloads such as jumping, running. More importantly, the manufacturing cycle is shortened by more than half, eliminating barriers to mass production.

3Structural innovation and solving algorithms:
Attack on the intersection with the heat wave

The core technical difficulty of multi-dimensional sensors is the interdimensional interference suppression and temperature drift control, where gravity alone interferes with other dimensional measurements and temperature changes cause data drift. This directly determines the accuracy of the robot's hand-held sensors.

A unique C-type beam structure attack axis directional interference difficulty, applying torque deviation of only two-tenths of the 500N axis directional force. Through a space-level temperature control design, the zero-point drift is controlled at ≤0.05% FS/10°C, ensuring the signal output in the wide-temperature range is stable. Blue-point touch constructs from elastic body design, structural decomposition algorithms, embedded hardware circuits to six-dimensional synchronized calibration of fully automated R&D technology platforms.

In terms of core indicators, domestic power sensors have moved beyond the boiler phase from boiler chasing boilers to boilers. But the technological lead is just a ticket, and the real competition is just beginning.

The product matrix,

It covers the entire chain from the fingers to the joints.

If the technical indicator is a rigid force matrix, then the integrity of the product matrix determines whether an enterprise can meet the real-world demands of robotic manufacturers to purchase a single-stop matrix. Currently, the product layout of multiple force sensor enterprises covers the entire force sensing chain from the fingertips to the joints.

1Six-dimensional sensors:
The end-perceived all-powerful athlete

The six-dimensional sensors can sense three-dimensional force and three-dimensional force at the same time, and are the core components of the robot's smooth control.

The wrist and ankle are the largest application scenarios, and the place where the lightest and thinnest spinning power is tested. The 10mm thinnest in the HRS series, designed for human-robot wrist and ankle designs. The SIS-Pro series has a diameter of 60mm, a perforation of 11mm. The Kool-Aid sensors are self-developed with six-dimensional sensors using highly elastic alloy structures and optimized stress measurement layouts, achieving structural and algorithmic double deformation.

Fingers and fingertips test the maximum microphilization capability. The 6.5mm and 9.5mm sensors achieve precise multidimensional perception in very small spaces, with 6.5mm products adapted to the tips and ends of the fingertips, and 9.5mm products that can be applied to the fingertips and bone roots, as well as the brushbone layer of the muscular nodes.

At the end of the collaborative robot, the KWR series is used for precision assembly, adaptation grinding, and medical-surgery robots. The KWR series is mainly lightweight and small-space adaptation.

This is the first time I've been able to do this.
The endothelial nerve that is embedded in the joints

Unlike six-dimensional sensors, which perceive end-to-end contact, joint torque sensors are embedded inside the joints and measure torque torque in real time, providing underlying data for gesture control and motion stability.

The KWR series of knuckle torque sensors has a diameter of 34-146 mm and uses a mid-axis or french-shaped structure that can be directly embedded between the pulse-wave reducer and the motor, with some models reaching IP67 protection level and a safety overload capacity of up to 200% FS. The series forms a knuckle joint with the end-to-end six-dimensional sensor + the end-to-end dual-gravity shutter loop.

MEMS and resistance strain sensors cover two lines of MEMS and have been developed into multi-specific micro-joint torque sensors with diameters of 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, which can be adapted to the application needs of humanoid robots in different joint spaces, different load levels and different structural forms.

Nuclear instrument joint torque sensor M22XX series, thickness thinner to 7mm, diameter 20 to 200mm, torque measurement range from 10Nm to 800Nm. Sensors have built-in amplifiers, direct current 5V input, 0-5V output. The product is particularly suitable for the measurement of torque in robotic joints, and is widely used in collaboration with humanoid robots.

The C-beam torque sensor (SIT60-Pro series) of the STS-Series has conquered the industry common problem of measuring distortion of torque under the influence of axial forces. At the same time, the working temperature ceiling has been raised to 105°C, providing a more adaptable customization solution for robotic joint modules.

3One-dimensional sensors and multi-dimensional platforms:
It's a complete puzzle.

In addition to six-dimensional power and joint torque, some enterprises have begun to lay out more detailed varieties. Mini one-dimensional sensors are designed for the development of flexible handheld rope measurement, with a diameter of 8 mm, measuring 150 N, and moving up to 6 mm. The M3612X six-dimensional power measurement platform is aimed at scientific scenes such as motion capture, step pattern analysis.

From finger micro-six-dimensional, to ultra-thin six-dimensional wrist and ankle braces, to joint torque sensors, domestic power sensing product charts have achieved full coverage from point-to-point screws to thread screws to face screws.

The scene landed.

It's the power that makes robots really dry and alive.

In the end, the technology will answer a question: What real problems do force sensors solve? Four typical scenarios provide the answer.

Scenario one:It's very clever, and it's very clever, and it's very easy to get from a cat to a cat to a cat.

With a micro-six-dimensional sensor equipped with a vacuum cleaner, the dynamically adjustable grip strength can be adjusted in the face of different objects such as eggs, electronic components, soft packaging, and so on.

Scenario two:Complex geometrical dynamic balance slope from slope to slope to slope down the stairs

Multiple humanoid robots have demonstrated walking down stairs, slopes, obstacles crossing heavy objects. The robot's ankle, knee, ankle joints have built-in joint torque sensors, real-time capture of the joint's instantaneous force changes, dynamic non-secondary adjustment of the output torque of the limbs and calculation of the center of gravity position. In the face of uneven ground and sudden forceful collisions, the steps can be quickly corrected to avoid falling, solving the problem of the humanoid robot's unstable position, not walking smoothly.

Scene three:From the physical isolation of silicon to the safe fusion of silicon

Multi-dimensional real-time detection capabilities give robots sensitivity to collisions, allowing them to rapidly slow down the shutter speed without the need to set up a physical isolation guard if accidentally touched by a human body.

In a joint demonstration of a collaborative robot of the Pro series in China, after marking the six-dimensional sensor at the end, the user can complete the demonstration with a drag force of only 5N, which significantly reduces the programming threshold; the sensor senses the end force in real time, the response of the mechanical arm in milliseconds and emergency braking during accidental collisions.

Scenario four:Commercial services and medical therapeutic pumps from pumpkin industrial sites to pumpkin living scenarios
Earlier, at the WAIC exhibition, Huawei Technologies demonstrated scenes of robot replications of its sensors for breakfast production, smart pharmacy retail, from takeover, operation to delivery of the entire process; along the Chinese Pro collaboration, robots demonstrated therapeutic massage, precise control of pressure depth and strength, effectively avoiding the inconvenience of bias.

Challenges to survival, patterns have changed

The way to scale dynamic sensors is not straightforward. A handyman with multiple six-dimensional sensors costs thousands of yuan; different manufacturers' labeling methods and communication protocols are not yet unified, increasing the difficulty of integration; long-term operational zero-point stability and fatigue resistance require longer validation. These challenges are the focus of the next stage of competition.

But a domestic replacement is occurring. Huawei Technologies has bulk supplies of Huawei, Samsung, Galaxy J, Xiaomi, and others; Blue Point touch customers covering Samsung, Galaxy J, Samsung, Samsung, and others; Intelligent Sensors are entering nearly 200 customer supply chains, covering joint module manufacturers, smart hand manufacturers, human robot bodies, collaborative robot bodies, and others.

At the same time, the strategic focus of the leading enterprises is shifting from lead in silicon technology to lead in silicon technology + powered twin-wheel drive.

Bluepoint Touch offers an all-automatic production line of power sensors, a design of one million units per year of power-connected sensors and 200,000 units per year of end-to-end six-dimensional sensors. Huawei Technologies has built several sets of fully automated intelligent six-dimensional combined load labeling and detection equipment, with an annual capacity of 60,000 units, plans to spray 120,000 units by the end of the year, and a second-day delivery in China's east.

There is also a focus on the strategic pathways of different companies.

Intelligent sensor positioning fittings smart one-stop power control system solutions manufacturers, while covering two technical routes MEMS and resistance strain, to provide a full range of dynamic product matrix services from the hands-on to the joint's full-scene demands. Stereo sensors rely on the global supply chain system of Stereo Shares in China and the manufacturing capability of WAN-level, to integrate in the matrix of the muscle chains of Stereo Neurons and Stereo Neurons' full-stage self-research parts, in addition to the sensory sensing, at the same time to lay out wavelength reducers, flexible electronic skin, and lightweighted bone sensing.

Overall, the power sensor industry is accelerating from foreign-funded to domestic-derived silicon replacement silicon, and the key change at the next stage is: on a technologically advanced basis, who will be the first to complete the scale transition from silicon sample silicon to silicon product silicon to silicon commodity silicon.

In a deeper dimension, the force sensor gives the robot the ability to sense contact with the outside world, so that every time it grabs, every step of the way it walks, there are a number of sensors. When the domestic force sensor builds a systemic advantage in the three dimensions of technology, capacity, and standard, physical intelligence takes the path from vision to reality, the last millimeter of the force neuron of this tube is going through, one by one.
