Requirements of the declarant
1. Faculties of science and research, higher education institutions, industry leaders, social groups and industry associations registered under the law shall be independent legal entities.
2. have a high level of industry influence, academic status or resource integration in robotics-related fields;
3. Have successful experience in organizing large academic conferences, industry forums or international conferences, and have a professional executive team.
4. To be able to independently undertake the preparation of forums, invitations to guests, financial guarantees and on-site organization.
5. Encourage multiple entities to jointly declare and encourage multilateral collaboration in productive research and development.

Requirements of the Thematic Forum
1. Duration and scale:The duration of a single thematic forum is, in principle, half a day (3.5-4 hours) and the number of participants is not less than 100 people. The reporting unit can flexibly set up multiple exchange links such as thematic reports, topic sharing, roundtable discussions, youth scholarly workshops;
2. Guest configuration:Each thematic forum shall invite experts with a high academic standing or industry influence in at least five fields as reporting guests and encourage the participation of top international scholars and industry experts from overseas to promote the forum's internationalization;
3. Content quality:The content of the Forum should match the positioning of the Conference, highlighting its cutting edge, professionalism and effectiveness, taking into account the depth of academic research and the value of industrial settings;
4. Organize the meeting:Organizers need to develop detailed organizational plans to ensure that professional audiences, investment institutions, and downstream enterprises in industry chains attend accurately;
5. Outcomes:The Forum is encouraged to develop substantive results, such as white papers, initiatives and the signing of cooperation projects.
