Zhejiang University is seeking specialised professors, Ph.D. students, experts from the National Science and Technology Department's Intelligent Robot Expert Group, chief scientist of the Zhejiang Human Robot Innovation Center, recipient of the National Five-Year-Old Medal, director of the Robot Laboratory at Zhejiang University's Institute of Intelligent Systems and Control, and founder of Kachi Tech.
Since 2000, research into robotic intelligence perception and control technologies has led to a series of innovations in efficient high-performance vision recognition and trajectory prediction, precise modeling and positioning of complex dynamic environments, simulation of fast-paced movements and balance controls, autonomous development of rapidly continuous simulated ping-pong-playing human-powered robotic systems, machine-driven quadruped jumping robots, and small football robots that have won international championships.
More than 80 papers have been published in journals such as IEEE journals, authorizing 42 national invention patents, 1 US invention patent, 17 patents for corporate use transfer, the creation of autonomous power station patrol robots, natural navigation plant transportation robots, and mass applications on the national grid, Huawei, and Toshiba. As the first recipient of the 2013 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award, the 2014 Zhejiang Provincial Teaching Outcomes Award, and the 2017 National Five-Year-Award.
