As a domestic vessel group established intelligent welding equipment specialized technology benchmark enterprise, the company has fully mastered autonomous controllable core technology. Relevant results were selected by the Ministry of Industry Information 2025 typical application case of artificial intelligence, headed up and presided over the preparation of welding vessel subgroup set up welding robot group standards, products obtained the first WL4 class certification of Chinese shipbuilding company shipbuilding vessels equipped with intelligent equipment. This helped to successfully verify the success of the production line of Huangping 8 machine co-operation, fully verified that the smart welding system is able to adapt to the extreme complexities of the shipbuilding industry, operating reliably. The project achieved domestic wallboard subgrouping of eight machines synchronized with the breakthrough of automatic welding technology, and installed in the country smart welding products have the ability to fully replace the traditional semi-automatic welding industry.
Next, we will continue to deepen technical collaboration with China Shipping Group and its flagship shipyards, expand complex welding scenarios such as curved wall panels, special ship components, improve the database of ship welding process experts, generate multi-machine collaborative AI scheduling algorithms, build intelligent welding production lines that cover the entire process of assembly, to help China's ship industry develop high quality, intelligent and green.
