I'm not sure what I'm saying.RootsI've never seen it before!
After three days of fierce competition, the main competition unit of the 2026 Global Digital Trade Innovation Contest (GTCI) was officially inaugurated at the 6B Hall of the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Centre on September 25. As an important concurrent event of the fifth Global Digital Trade Fair, the tournament set up a total of 14 official events, attracting more than 100 teams competing at the same venue, and as of the 25th, 14 gold medals have been decided.
One final day after another, the audience applauded the ups and downs, almost uninterrupted.

Final battle: speed, height, and stamina
On the afternoon of the 24th, the 6-hour 100-meter backstroke, the longest single-season event of the year, was won by a team from Shanghai's Yūshū QG01 Power Group Ltd. with excellent durability and operational stability.

On the same day, the race was the first to be decided in a competitive category. The two robots, with their cornering power, their ability to clutch at the bottom of their feet and their level of control over their weight, the team from Shandong Ubot Intelligent Robot Limited, Taishan, with a steady lead, won the race.

On the 25th day of the Concentrated Final, the race track led the way in multiple achievements. The 100m, 60m, back-to-back, field obstacle races were held in four successive events, with human-robot and foot-robot teams competing, and the prizes were awarded in succession.
In the 100m final, three teams of the 1034 Robotics Robot Squad from Shenzhen University of Technology took the lead. In this event, the robot must sprint at full speed in a straight line to fully test the maximum balance between engine power and steady control.

In the final of the 100-meter freestyle group, the championship was won by the distilling team of Zhejiang and Park Industries Ltd. Their robots were steady all the way, demonstrating the smooth running and power output stability of the fast pace of the freestyle structure.

The championship was won by three teams of 1034 Robotics robots from Shenzhen University of Technology. The race was shorter, with higher demands on the robot's initial explosion capability and control of the acceleration phase.

In the 60m (Football Group) final, the championship was won by Tai Tan, a team from Shandong Ubot Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd., which was the team's second individual champion. Their robots began to explode responding quickly, highlighting their crawling advantages in short-range structure sprints.

In the round robin final, five teams of the 1034 Robotics Robot Squad of Shenzhen University of Technology won the championship. In this project, the robot needs to slow down, turn, and accelerate again, focusing on testing the robot's ability to control movement in a dynamic state.

The defending champions were the Ice City Ironmen A8 team, from Harlem Industrial University. Their robots turned to welding, which showed the accuracy of the movement control under quick switching.

The champions of the field obstacle race (Human Group) were a terra-climbing team from Beijing University of Information Technology, who successfully crossed the slopes, stairs, bends, bridge corridors, and tire corridors to the top of the standings.

The championship was won by the first Tiger team from the Xi'an Transportation University. The team progressed steadily and smoothly, and the terrain adaptation of the foot structure was fully realized.

The final of the competition, which will be held on the same day, will attract a lot of attention.
The 3V3 football final was contested between CoreStick and PCMS-HRG-1, and ultimately the CoreStick team from Hubei Engineering College won the game with a score of 7:4. The entire game was complete with no remote control, no predetermined script, no passing, shooting, defense, and offense, all autonomously decided by robots in real time; the multi-machine collaboration link also required robots to locate teammates in real time, and autonomous offense to complete defense cooperation.

In the free-kick final, the fierce game caused a stir, and the fearless Iron Riding Team from the Beijing-based Chevrolet Robot Technology Co., Ltd. took the opportunity to score a victory and ask for the champion.

In this event, after the loss, the robot can automatically adjust the position and the starting angle, completing the second shot, this one-sided competition, this one-sided adaptive field response ability, is a very representative technical highlight of the event.

The original high jump project, the saving card robot with stable jump and landing gesture control ability finished the race well, one step at a time.

In the intervals of the finals, the bands performed in rotation with the bands dancing, the band set up live singing interactive links, and several tracks led the audience to sing a big chorus.

In addition to the gold medals, the second and third prizes have all been revealed. Six teams of snowboarders, two teams of midfielders, several teams such as Taizang, have made a splash in each of the competitions and won the top three. At the same time, the organizing committee combined the overall performance of the participating teams around the technical innovation, complexity of the competition, on-site technical play, team spirit style, and other dimensions of scoring, and selected the 10 best prizes.

Industry observation outside medals
At the heart of the Digital Trade Forum is the industry, where the robot race is not only a win-win situation on the pitch, but also a concentrated real-world examination of the overall technical level of the current smart industry. The 14 events revolve around speed, accuracy and operational stability, which are essentially a path to the industrial application of robots.
One of the quietest races, one of the toughest real-world tests
The endurance race is the longest project of the race, the atmosphere of the race is extremely quiet, there is no cheering, only robots cycle back and forth on the track. But the vast majority of engineers in the field are gathered around this fenced race track. For robots, continuous running for 6 hours is not the biggest difficulty, the real challenge is continuous 6 hours of steady operation, uninterrupted failure.

Next to the gold medal is the potential order.
In the 6B exhibition hall, the other side of the runway is the enterprise product innovation exhibition area. Concentrated exhibits such as robot bodies, six-dimensional sensors, torque sensors, motion capture systems, massaging robots, ice cream robots and other consumer-grade robots simultaneously appear.
For the participating companies, the most pragmatic value of the competition is to allow the partners to see intuitively the real working ability of the product. The robots continue to operate in the open arena, deal with all kinds of emergencies, every run is a public product verification.
With the aim of promoting competitive production, the event is an important window to observe the development of the domestic body-smart industry, and it has written a vivid footnote for Hangzhou to seize new racetracks in the body-smart industry, to cultivate new quality productivity.

The final has been cancelled, but the beauty of the 6B Hall will continue.
