OpenAI is finally doing the right thing.
In the early morning hours of October 30th, Tibo (Thibault Sottiaux) announced a good news that all Pro and Business Premium users will be doubled immediately, as part of OpenAI's "28 Days of Continuous Improvement".

OpenAI was also sending free APIs to ChatGPT Pro and Business yesterday, and today it has doubled its own share.
Initially, the use of the newly ordered Pro 200 after September 29 was halved, with older users enjoying a "frame period" until October 30th. The new rule now is that users of the Pro 200 with a higher quota kept the quota, while users of the Pro 200 with a lower quota doubled the consumption, both unified to the same level.
Now that nothing has happened, the specific changes to the Pro-level packages have been written on the official OpenAI help page and published records.

For example, with the Pro 200, adjusted usage returns to previous levels, with ChatGPT Work and Codex containing 20 times more than Plus, and the number of times the GPT-6 Pro is used in chat mode is 200 articles per week, with no 5-hour usage limit.
Additionally, there is no change in the number of members in the Plus category.
Since October 5, Thibault Sottiaux, Head of the core OpenAI product and platform, has pledged to continue releasing relevant improvements to Codex and ChatGPT Work on a daily basis, or to provide a "restart".

OpenAI is simultaneously improving models, mission execution systems, and inputs to make it easier for AI to continue to work.
In addition, some of the ways we are used to using ChatGPT are changing, and some users using the web version of ChatGPT can see notifications about the combination of chat and work mode:

I don't know how the quota will be calculated after the merger.
