Technical extensions
The gas channel detects VOCs and gases including carbon monoxide, hydrogen and volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs), with application-specific gas-scanner profiles. Bosch page specifications include 0–100% RH, 300–1100 hPa and −40…+85 °C; humidity accuracy tolerance ±3% RH, hysteresis ≤1.5% RH, gas response <1 s for new sensors and H₂S-scan F1 score 0.94. Pressure RMS noise is 0.12 Pa, sensitivity error ±0.25% and temperature coefficient ±1.3 Pa/K. Typical currents: 2.1 µA H/T, 3.1 µA P/T, 3.7 µA H/P/T at 1 Hz; 90 µA ULP, 0.9 mA LP and 3.9 mA standard gas-scan mode; standard H₂S scan 10.8 s, charge 0.18 mAh per five scans. Major software-derived outputs include IAQ and bVOC/CO₂-equivalent indices; gas scanner output depends on application-specific configuration.
