Overview
Professor Minoru Nakazawa Director, Information Technology and AI Research Institute Director, AI Lab Professor, Doctor of Engineering Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Informatics and Engineering, Kanazawa Institute of Technology Pattern recognition, robotics, and networks. I value conversation with students and look forward to our seminar time in the laboratory more than anything else. In my classes as well, I continually look for ways to encourage students to speak and engage. Information engineering is a technology for the digital world, but I believe education also requires an essentially human, analog element. Information engineering is now widely described as something every student should learn, though this has long been true. Students studying computer science need to go a step further. After many years as a faculty member in this field, I have learned that experience alone is not enough to discover what that next step should be. Let us think together and create it together.
