<p>Autonomous systems fail when the fundamentals aren't right. Main Street Autonomy exists to deliver sensor calibration and localization built for mission-critical demands of production deployment.</p><p>We write software that works with perception sensors configured in any arbitrary layout.</p><p>A single codebase handles cameras, lidars, radars, IMUs, encoders, GNSS and/or INS across any platform. New sensors or robot configurations fit the same framework.</p><p>Pose accuracy starts with calibration accuracy. We build both, so the outputs of one directly inform the quality of the other — no seams, no handoff errors.</p><p>Timestamps, time of validity, dropped sensor data, latency: we pay close attention to the little things that impact reliability.</p><p>If you've built something awesome in perception, calibration, or localization and want to work on problems that actually matter to deployed robots, we want to hear from you.</p><p>Work directly with our Chief Business Officer engaging robotics and AV customers. A junior engineer role for someone who understands calibration, localization, and sensor fusion, and can write outreach engineers actually respond to.</p><p>Be the primary reviewer of sensor data visualizations, pinpointing errors and documenting issues.
