Overview
<p>Vidak staff and subcontractors complete mandatory health and safety training as part of their induction, with refresher courses taken annually. Specialist training is required for operational and project-based roles, and all records – including certifications and licences – are managed through PeopleSafe.</p><p>Vidak is trained, competent and working to best-practice standards.</p><p>Vidak’s annual environmental and health & safety prequalification requirements. They also receive product-specific installation training to ensure they assemble and commission Vidak products correctly and safely.</p><p>Daily check-ins and safe work method reviews ensure any new hazards are identified and managed. A Site Safe Gold Supervisor and first-aider are always present for installation work.</p><p>Vidak facilities and on project sites are logged in risk registers, along with the controls used to mitigate them. Staff and subcontractors can report incidents, near misses and hazards through PeopleSafe, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and transparently.</p>
