Superior Sensor Technology seamlessly integrates into systems people depend on, making them smarter, safer, and more reliable. We work unseen, inside the products people rely on every day. We were founded in 2016 to bring application-specific sensors to industrial, medical & HVAC markets.

The industry is ready for a new wave of innovation!

We focus on improving overall pressure sensor performance and adding unique system features to optimize the user experience. The team has expertise in bringing innovative solutions to these challenging markets and building successful businesses. We chose to be based in Northern California’s Silicon Valley region not only to draw upon great local talent but, perhaps more importantly, to build a unique, highly driven, customer-centric corporate culture.

At the core of our business lies a mission to deliver products that are truly transformative for our customers. We take pride in paying meticulous attention to every detail, constantly asking ourselves how our offerings can help clients increase their revenue, boost profitability, and extend their reach in the market. Success, in our eyes, is defined by these critical metrics. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we strive to align every aspect of our operations, from product realization and supply chain management to manufacturing, sales, and technical support, in order to maximize efficiency and create the best possible products.

Superior Sensor Technology, we firmly believe that achieving the utmost levels of quality in our products is fundamental to establishing a successful business. From the outset, we strive to cultivate a culture that prioritizes quality and reliability. Every system employed by our company is carefully scrutinized to ensure that we maintain our commitment to excellence. Throughout the development process, we remain vigilant, monitoring our progress closely to detect any issues as early as possible, so that they may be promptly resolved and the final product remains unaffected.

We ask ourselves the following questions:

3) Are we great to work with? Do our customers value the interactions and find the provided information useful?

Superior Sensor Technology, Tim has spent more than twenty-five years in a wide variety of companies, spanning medical systems, industrial software, and pressure sensor modules. Tim has been involved in every aspect of product development, from product planning, system modeling, hardware and software development, system testing for manufacturing, and including all of the systems necessary to drive the overall process. He has held technical leadership roles such as VP of Engineering, Director of New Product Development, systems architect, and applications engineer. Not just a technologist, Tim was Co-founder and President of a successful medical system consulting company. Some of Tim’s roles and unique inventions included:– Highest performing low pressure sensors: Director of New Product Planning and Development at All Sensors in charge of all aspects of bringing to market these innovative low pressure sensor devices, setting a new higher-performance bar for the industry.– MEMS Die Development: Developed and brought to market the industry’s highest performance low pressure MEMS die. Tim worked closely with the foundry to optimize their process for this higher performance low pressure die development, leveraging his deep MEMS foundry process expertise.– Developed the industry’s first 16-bit pressure sensor – late 80’s– Highest-speed thermal printing: Leveraging innovative Finite Element Analysis techniques, Tim was able to optimize the energy exerted continuously to avoid overheating and allow printing to reach new speeds.– System software validation on the first LifeScan OneTouch glucose monitor– Two patents granted for pressure transducer compensation techniques used in blood pressure monitor systems. One of these patents used sensor warm-up characteristics to reduce offset errors over time, the second created a universal sensor adapting to a variety of hospital monitors

Anthony Gioeli has over 30 years of experience in international sales, marketing, and product management for new technologies.
